Welcome to Ranger Aerospace Corporation

Ranger Aerospace LLC Ranger Aerospace LLC invests in aviation services and aerospace support companies in North America and Europe. Ranger is a venture-capitalized acquisitions and management holding company, with large institutional investors and venture capital entities as majority shareholders.

In its first round of successful acquisitions and consolidations, the Ranger team merged Aircraft Service International Group (www.asig.com) with BBA Group PLC, creating the largest airfield services firm of its type in the industry, with over 7,000 employees at almost 100 major airports in North America and Europe. ASIG remains the largest and best brand in its served segment, according to industry surveys.

In its more recent activities, Ranger has created one of the largest independently owned rotorcraft services companies in the industry. That helicopter enterprise (Keystone Ranger Holdings, comprised of Keystone Helicopter and Composite Technology, www.keystonehelicopter.com and www.rotorblades.com) was tripled in size to over $125 Million under Ranger's ownership and management. Enterprise Value was quadrupled in just 4 years, and the helicopter companies were sold to United Technologies/Sikorsky as a strategic buyer.

Ranger Aerospace is now actively seeking additional acquisitions, investments, and management opportunities in the many market segments where our expertise can be applied. In 2007 we partnered with large private equity colleagues and began acquiring once again in the rotorcraft services sector, via a new holding company called Ranger Aerospace & Aeronautics, Inc. Ranger Aerospace and its institutional investors also seek acquisitions in non-rotorcraft aviation and aerospace segments. We make an ideal co-investing management partner for venture capital and private equity groups who seek to build shareholder value in this very large industry.

Most Current Case Study: Ranger and its venture capital co-investors began actively seeking acquisitions in the Helicopter Services sector in late 2001. On January 4, 2002, a Ranger-led venture consortium, organized as "Keystone Ranger Holdings, Inc.", acquired Keystone Helicopter Corporation. Keystone is a leading air-medical and helicopter technical services company headquartered near Philadelphia, with a large fleet of heavy jet turbine helicopters operating at 32 locations in a multi-state area in the Northeastern USA, plus a broadly capable maintenance and engineering base in West Chester, PA. With the goal of segment consolidation, as of the Fall of 2005, Ranger had assembled five large institutional investor groups in the helicopter enterprise, built large new facilities for rotorcraft technical services, and acquired Composite Technology, Inc. as part of the continuing corporate development effort. Under Ranger's management and leadership, the business was tripled from under $40 Million to over $125 Million in less than 4 years, and total Enterprise Value was approximately quadrupled. Institutional IRR on equity was exceptionally strong for any aviation enterprise—in excess of 45%.

We are a value adding management and investment company, creating superior shareholder returns through innovative leadership, quality enhancements, and aggressive acquisitions, all aimed at top tier segment consolidation in selected aviation services businesses. We are actively seeking additional acquisitions and mergers in any segment of the aviation services and aerospace support sectors where a consolidation can be achieved.

Ranger's management team as a group also represents substantial ownership in the enterprise, and Ranger has shared equity and stock options with key leaders in subsidiary operations as well.

All acquisitions or investment inquiries should be marked "Confidential" and sent directly to the attention of Chief Executive Officer.
